As a Team Leader, you will be the cornerstone of our service delivery. Your mission? To support and manage the day-to-day operations of our Service Desk, ensuring that a consistently high level of service is delivered in line with Transcosmos’ values and customer agreements.

You will lead by example, fostering effective working relationships, and empowering your team through clear communication, professional conduct, and continuous development.

Your main responsibilities will include :

• Building and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues through professionalism and respect
• Encouraging teamwork and fostering a professional and mature team environment
• Continuously developing the team’s knowledge and skills
• Acting as the first point of escalation for agent queries, customer complaints, and issue resolution
• Planning, coordinating, and leading team meetings
• Listening to and acting on team and customer feedback
• Monitoring and driving ongoing agent performance improvements
• Identifying training needs and delivering formal training sessions to ensure thorough process understanding
