The Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, planning, and implementation of global transformation initiatives, including operating model redesigns and change management activities.
• Analyze end-to-end HR processes to identify improvement opportunities, remove inefficiencies, and enhance the employee experience. Leverage improvements and changes in the organization.
• Design and implement processes and RASCI matrix based on the best-in-class. Collaborate with HR teams to standardize and streamline processes, procedures and documentation.
• Lead or contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma based, methodologies to reduce waste, increase process effectiveness and standardization.
• Support change management practices including communication, training, engagement plans and business realization metrics design to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder engagement for transformation efforts.
• Work closely with HR, HRIS, IT, other functions and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration across initiatives.
• Support HR system implementations and enhancements in collaboration with IT and HRIS teams.
• Design and implement performance metrics to monitor People Solutions efficiency and evaluate the effectiveness of transformation initiatives.
• Prepare reports and dashboards that highlight trends and improvement opportunities, including HR compliance with internal controls, legal requirements, and HR policies.
