Collection Management Specialist Role

This role involves overseeing the entire customer invoice-to-cash process, ensuring seamless execution and driving business growth through efficient collections management.

  • Responsibilities :
  • Deliver high-quality collections services to clients, including AR aging report reviews and analysis.
  • Develop and implement effective collection strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer relationships.
  • Manage disputes and claims, working closely with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement automation initiatives.

About You

  • Qualifications :
  • Graduate degree in accounting or finance, with 2-3 years of experience in collections & receivables management.
  • Fluent English language skills, with knowledge of other European languages a plus.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end customer invoice-to-cash processes and hands-on experience with SAP FI and MS Excel.
  • Professional interaction with internal / external clients and strong teamwork skills.
