What will you be doing?

The purpose of this role is to protect / develop the market share of Smith+Nephew Trauma Business in line with company goals and strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the relevant sales processes of existing and potential customers in direct and indirect channels.

What will you need to be successful?

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the distributor.
• Conduct product presentations to different customers level for example physicians, nurses, purchasers, and decision makers.
• Conduct product training.
• Assist in the identification and assessment of the field and marketing support needs and making recommendation to management when appropriate.
• Maintain a strong relationship with the Business Unit staff and regional marketing managers.
• Function as a communication link between the marketing organization and the Business Unit to resolve problems, quality issues, manufacturing defects, and other related issues.
• Ability to scrub and be present in the theatre and assist or advise the physician in S&N product implant, usage, and techniques.
• Facilitate the implementation and adoption of marketing strategies and tactics and customer education programs at country level.
