What we ask
- University or college degree in Supply Chain / Procurement / Business Administration or a relevant field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the field of Sourcing, preferably in a multinational company or shared service center
- Excellent proficiency in English (Dutch or any additional European language skill is an advantage)
- Experience with ERP systems (especially SAP)
- Excellent coordination, time management and prioritization skills
- Basic project management skills and / or continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to balance operational and strategic tasks
- Strong oral and written communications skills
