The role :
The Recruiter is responsible for providing recruitment support across the ELC’s GBS function (OneSource) Budapest organization, in alignment with ELC’s vision of becoming the “best home for talent”. As part of the HR team, you will be a driving force behind our external talent attraction, sourcing, and engagement strategy through leveraging various knowledge and technologies. You will be joining a highly driven and innovative team that will encourage and allows you to create, test, and drive different sourcing strategies, methodologies, tactical practices, tools, technologies, and more. This role must be able to move at a very fast pace and have a high ability to organize and prioritize based on a rapidly changing and growing environment.
Qualifications
Responsibilities : Recruiting
- Source passive and active candidates from job boards, our ATS, social media, target companies, cold calling, networking groups, or any other combination of marketing mediums as established by integrated recruitment and marketing campaigns.
- Leverage various knowledge and technologies to actively research, develop, and implement sourcing strategies that drive engagement with diverse talent. This includes analytical thinking and the application of various sourcing / recruitment channels / techniques, and tool that identify, attract, and engage high-quality candidates, while pursuing cost-containment options.
- Experiment with other sourcing tools; fail quickly, learn and adapt with the goal of getting to better processes, strategies, and tools to optimize results.
- Stay up-to-date with the employment market to best educate the business and HR team.
- Identify, evaluate and present new recruitment sources and networking opportunities that will generate quality, diverse applicants.
- Representing Estée Lauder Companies at job fairs, recruitment events, universities etc.
- Employer branding : increase the brand awareness of Estée Lauder Companies and OneSource in Hungary which supports building a strong pipeline for both our intern program, fresh graduate and experienced roles as well.
Stakeholder Management
Provides consultation to the business on the roles and responsibilities of all partners and stakeholders in the recruiting process.Responsible for communicating an attractive employee value proposition (EVP) for all prospective candidates to include robust information on OneSource, individual business information, the specific position, career paths at ELC, benefits, etc.Manages communications to key stakeholders (hiring managers, candidates), ensuring timely and accurate updates on status and feedback.Provide weekly sourcing activity report to include metrics, sourcing plans, priorities, and initiatives.Participate in HR meetings to discuss new requisitions, priority postings, and confidential searches.Maintain data integrity in systems and tools and follow up with internal / external stakeholders on the Talent Assessments (completion, results etc.)Provide support and coordination in the recruitment process including interview scheduling and coordination as needed.Manages communications to key stakeholders and lead recruitment meetings with Hiring Managers, and Leaders across OneSource Functions, ensuring timely and accurate updates on status and feedback.Requirements :
2+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience.Fluent English knowledge.Sourcing capabilities and creative techniques to identify potential talent.Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; Good listening skills.Good knowledge of social media and communication plans is a plus.Strong organizational, follow-up skills and attention to detail. Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and drive to completion.Experience assessing and identifying the needs of Hiring Managers and proven track record of developing creative sourcing strategy and candidate outreach.Experience in TA systems such as Applicant Tracking Systems and CRMs (Taleo & HireVue are strongly preferred).A strong understanding of search strings and sourcing tools (LinkedIn).Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and candidate relationships.Eagerness to learn and develop further in talent acquisition.A positive attitude, flexibility, resilience facing multiple demands and shifting priorities are essential skills.Influencing skills – the ability to quickly establish credibility and effectively manage others through influence.Strong Team contributor, sharing ideas, knowledge and best practices.Job location :
