Summary :
In this role you will be part of an agile developer team which owns and develops Azure-based platform for a clinical application. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting the platform to fulfill customer requests and resolve technical issues. You will support the product by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work in complex networking environment and having solid understanding of Devops technologies / methods will also make you an ideal candidate.
Responsibilities :
Maintain and upgrade the platform in Azure cloud (VMs, Kubernetes, Storage)
Manage application tenants in the platform (Create / Upgrade / Decommission)
Monitors tenant performance and troubleshoots issues.
Running and maintaining release pipelines in Azure Devops
Automating deployment, scaling, and management of platform components.
Creates and maintains comprehensive technical documentation and train L1 IT support teams.
Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
Contributes to Incident, problems, and change management of related areas.
Builds and maintains relationships with stakeholders and other IT units.
Escalate issues to product management and developers as needed, following escalation protocols.
Driving the continuous improvement of service processes, user experiences, and optimalization of Cloud expenses
Essential Qualifications and Skills :
Degree in Computer science (B.Sc. or M.Sc. level)
3+ years of relevant industry experience as Cloud System Administrator or Devops Engineer
Knowledge of Azure Cloud, Cloud Native solutions
Knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Operations best practices and processes
Familiarity with containerization, Terraform, scripting languages (e.g PowerShell), CI / CD (Azure Devops), and microservice architectures.
Having experiences with configuration management (Ansible), and monitoring (Grafana)
Good understanding of Kubernetes, Helm, Yaml
Good communication skills in English.
Analytical mindset, a natural problem solver with a hands-on approach
Capacity planning, analysis, and troubleshooting skills.
C# programming language and / or cybersecurity knowledge is a plus.
