Payroll Analyst

The EMEA Payroll Analyst is responsible for processing company payroll across multiple international countries, working alongside global team members, the wider HR team and third party vendors.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings and company deductions for multiple payrolls / countries and tax requirements
• Preparing statistical reports on team member pay, commissions and bonuses, vacation, sick, disability and workers compensation leave, taxes and withholdings
• Ensuring payroll is processed with speed and accuracy whilst maintaining records and files
• Serving as liaison to team members and with third party payroll vendors to ensure payroll processing accurately reflects company specific pay policies
• Auditing team member pay records, and reconciles totals by department, location, country, etc.
• Interpreting pay policies, (e.g., vacation, LOA, disability, workers compensation, union contracts, government regulations, withholding exemptions, etc.) and ensures appropriate amounts / deductions are calculated and applied to the various accounts correctly
• Ensuring all processes and procedures meet government requirements
