YOUR ROLE :
As a Production planning supervisor, you will assist PCL manager for the operation of an assigned area in term of production, cost, deliveries, respecting the defined goals. Responsible for the day to day management, ensure company’s targets and objectives to meet customer requirements. Strive to continuing improve using LEAN tools to reduce costs, improve production and quality.
- Production Control Team Monitoring : Support production control in monitoring the critical points of FG : communication with the corresponding CBU, Sils transmission to a higher instance in the factory.
- Monitoring and improvement of production planning processes : Support production control in monitoring the critical points of FG : communication with the corresponding CBU, Sils transmission to a higher instance in the factory.
- Reporting and Monitoring +SQDIPK : Factory Results : FG DOH, PUS Attainment, Schedule Attainment, Premium, etc.) Ensures the proper implementation of changes to the MY (production capacity planning, MIN MAX, impact of E&O
- Escalation process to be respected in case of : Output deviation beyond the fixed targets, Customer variation beyond the contracted allowance, Transit risks to arrive on time, Quality claim that may impact the customer build, Operations unpredictable events( Downtime, absenteeism.
- Capacity Study validation : Confirm the timely implementation of the planning process (long-term forecast - Study of production capacities and short-term plan - PB2O, PPSS, PUS Maker, OPS)
- Long and short term Planning supervision and validation
- Customer delivery attainment and effectiveness with standard shipment (no premium)
- Inventory control
YOUR BACKGROUND :
Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations or related fieldExperience in supply chain and production planning,Basic understanding of inventory management principlesProficiency in Microsoft Excel with familiarity with ERP systems (SAP experience is plus)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsGood communication skills and ability to work in a team environmentBusiness English proficiency requiredWHY JOIN US?
