The roleyou’ll perform will focus on supporting various HR Operations programs including Project Management, Continuous Improvement (CI), Portal Content, Mobility and Immigration and establishing new or improve existing processes and programs where needed.
Your role :
Support and participate on design of CI and Project Management programs as needed
Partner with all levels across HR organization and leadership to implement concepts and drive impact of strategic initiatives
Identify and drive process improvements within HR operations areas of service
Support knowledge base of HR content (customer facing and back-office)
Manage global mobility and immigration cases as needed
Engage with vendors to support mobility or immigration experience
Partner with Technology for HR Portal performance and effectiveness
Support CI and Project Management programs as needed
Partner on designing and implementing project management standards and best practices across HR
Act as a project management subject matter expert and coach across multiple projects in Flowserve HR
Drive and project manage continuous improvement cases through internal governance and implementation process
Partner with subject matter experts and global process owners across HR on solution design
Support knowledge management strategy for HR content to ensure our associates always have accurate information available
Use metrics and data to maximize search rankings, optimize content, and analyze user engagement
Act as case manager for international assignees or newly hired associates, review cost estimates, engage with service providers and provide support where needed
Establish credibility within the organization by providing guidance and support based on expertise
Demonstrate ownership and accountability for areas of responsibility by driving resolutions in a timely and thorough manner

Previous record of experience with leading HR projects and / or designing and implementing project management standards
Continuous improvement service delivery experience
Experience with working with, presenting and exposure to senior leadership Proficient in content design, with the ability to create logical and easy to navigate materials
Effective communicator, translating complicated processes in a clear and succinct manner with various audiences
Strong decision-making capability, act with confidence and sense of urgency in ambiguous situations
Preferred Experience : 8+ Years related experience with a focus in HR Operations
Preferred Education : Certification, Associate’s Degree or higher in Human Resources
