National Tax Manager

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Supervise all administrative issues
• Manage tax and customs audit follow-up for all legal entities
• Analyze notifications from tax authorities and other administrative agencies
• Interface with local tax advisors, including handling tax litigation
• Calculate income and deferred taxes
• Provide guidance to operational functions to ensure tax-compliant business transactions.
• Prepare documentation and oversee transfer pricing topics
• Provide support to other Valeo countries on international tax issues
• Communicate changes in local tax regulations, risks, and opportunities to the Group Tax Director
• Participate in divestment, acquisition, and legal reorganizations from a tax perspective and integrate new entities
• Implement  and develop tax compliance systems
• Support the training and career development of tax personnel and foster a proactive team environment
