Purpose of the position :
The Manpower Planning and Analytics Manager’s goal is to optimize the organization's crew workforce by strategically planning and managing human resource availability based on data-driven insights. Your role is critical in helping the organization make informed decisions and maximize workforce efficiency. The Manpower Planning Manager reports to the Head of Crew Resources and Planning.

Responsibilities :
Coordinating the end-to-end headcount sourcing process across Wizz Air Hungary and in conjunction with all Wizz Air Group airlines.Defining and overseeing the recruitment and manpower planning processesEnsuring optimal crew availability and high efficiency.Leading process and system development related to headcount forecasting and managementBuilding and maintaining workforce related operational and financial past performance and forecasting reports, models and tools as requiredLeading and participating in cross functional project management meant to optimize workforce availability and utilization. Cooperation with various stakeholders across the organization (Crew Planning, Operations, Training, Human Resources)Requirements :
