Furthermore, corporate functions are also present, such as logistics, finance, controlling, purchasing, communication and human resources.Job DescriptionAs theRegional Go-To-Market (G2M) & Communication Managerat Bosch Powertools, you will be at the forefront of developing and driving G2M activities for Europe & Industrialized Asia-Pacific countries (EA region), with a specific focus on crafting regionally tailored G2M strategies and supporting their implementation in the EA hubs. This role also involves actively managing regional -project based- communication topics, ensuring that local needs are met while aligning with global objectives. Additionally, you will work closely with multiple Business Units (BUs) to coordinate communications and G2M activities, supporting product launches and marketing initiatives across various regions.Key Responsibilities :Regional G2M Strategy Development :Create and drive region-specific Go-To-Market concepts for the EA market, ensuring alignment with global G2M strategies while addressing regional characteristics. Focus on key initiatives such as18V, Focus Trade, New Product Launches and DIY]ensuring each is effectively rolled out across the region.Support for Implementation in Countries :Provide hands-on support to local teams in the execution of G2M strategies and communication activities, adapting and fine-tuning assets and initiatives for each specific market.Communication :Lead G2M and communication efforts specifically for Direct-to-User (D2U)channels, ensuring that strategies, messaging, and campaigns are tailored for D2U and effectively engage end consumers. Support with crafting and managing communication assets where local flavor is needed.Cross-Functional Coordination :Ensure strong coordination between communication and G2M activities with other Business Units (BUs) and cross-functional teams (xBU). Work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align on priorities and ensure smooth execution across all functions.Performance Monitoring and Reporting :Track the success of regional G2M and communication efforts, providing regular updates and insights to leadership and teams to ensure strategies are on track and adjustments are made where necessary.QualificationsWhich requirements are important to us?BackgroundYou have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related field (Master is a plus). -ExperienceYou have 5+ years of experience in Go-To-Market strategies, regional communications, or marketing with a focus on implementation and localization. You have strong background in offline marketing asset creation and executing Go-To-Market strategies and localized communication plans for regional markets. Graphic Design tool knowledge is an advantage. -PersonalityYou have cooperative mindset, able to deal with complexity and work individually. You have good presentation skills -Working practiceProven ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders across different functions (Product, Sales, Marketing). Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in creating content tailored to local markets. Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and analyze the performance of G2M and communication campaigns. -LanguagesYou are fluent in English.
