Role Overview

As a Cybersecurity Defense SOC Manager at Kyndryl, you will lead a team of cybersecurity professionals, including incident response, security operations, vulnerability management experts, and cyber threat hunters. Your team will actively engage in hunting cyber adversaries and analyzing security intelligence to protect the infrastructure of organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals.
• Monitor and engage in the relentless hunt for cyber adversaries.
• Enhance the security shield for workstations, laptops, servers, and other devices.
• Utilize Network Detection and Response (NDR) to monitor network traffic.
• Respond to and manage cybersecurity incidents.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret threat intelligence data.
• Analyze complex attack scenarios to inform our security strategy.
