We are looking for our new Project Coordinator, who will be responsible for the following :
- Support the European Sales Offices during the preparation of commercial offers for projects of medium complexity (Tier ), manufactured in Europe (Székesfehérvár, Hungary and Cernay, France factories).
- Be responsible of several Tier projects manufactured in Europe by driving all activities (from order to invoicing) required for their smooth execution, in order to deliver them as per customer requirements and contractual delivery dates while improving their profitability.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :
Participate to technical and commercial offers preparation with Sales Offices and Global Project Pursuit by coordinating the specifications review and planning activitiesParticipate to alignments calls and contract review callsInfluence project specifications towards Emerson standards in order to reduce risks while collaborating with the Sales OfficesEnsure that every stakeholder understands the project’s requirements by reviewing the spec review file in details, listing the deviations and following the required processCommit on project lead times while considering, whenever possible, some float to mitigate risksEnsure Emerson commitments are documented in the purchase orderBe responsible of the project once awarded, in agreement with the Sales OfficeBe Flow Control Europe interface for customer and contribute to his satisfaction by providing required and accurate dataOrganize every progress meeting (Touch Points, KOM, iKOM, PIM, Project Review …)Lead every project step, while ensuring lead times and milestones are respectedCoordinate the various internal Europeans stakeholdersTrack and record project progress (goods and documentation)Coordinate any change that could happen during project lifeCommit to annual, quarterly and monthly Sales forecastsImprove project profitabilityAnticipate and identify potential risks in any project’s aspect and ensure that preventive / corrective actions are activatedRecord Lessons learned during project lifeRecord any fact or relevant step in order to provide factual data to negotiate in case of disputeAt project completion, hand over to end destination Sales OfficeWho You Are :

For This Role, You Will Need :
BA or BS Degree preferably in engineering (mechanical, chemical etc)Experience in International contract management can be an advantage.Strong communication skillsMicrosoft Office products (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, MS-Teams, Sharepoint)Project management skillsto years related experienceEnglishPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart :
