Position Summary
Supply chain management coordination of the DA (domestic appliances) product groups. Working closely with the Product managers, Sales-, Logistics- and the Management Support teams as well as with external counterparts regarding data management, system update and problem solving.
Role and Responsibilities
- Short term demand planning management in consensus with product managers
- Coordinate internal sales forecast with key account managers
- Analyse channel inventory and sales status
- Support sales parties to fulfil customers’ request in all kinds of SCM related matters
- Keep daily contact with carrier (about in-bound & out-bound & etc.)
- Contact HQ to deliver subsidiary’s SCM issues and requests
- Analyse and monitor sales and forecast vs. target
- Monitor SCM KPI status and analyse issues and plans
- Coordinate between sales parties and order desk
- Daily / weekly tracking and reporting of sales and product supply status
- Coordination of sales execution plan setting and system submissions
- Hosting weekly SCM meetings with DA product- and key account managers
- Direct substitution of SCM related tasks in the CE division upon Line Manager’s request
Skills and Qualifications
min. BA / BSc degree3-5 years experience in the field of Supply Chain Management and / or Logistics preferably in Consumer ElectronicsFluent verbal and written English and Korean language knowledgeAdvanced skills in ERP systems, SAP knowledge is an advantageStrong MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Power Point)Experience in administrative tasks related to Sales and LogisticsStrong time management and ability to meet high level of expectationsCooperative and active work attitudeCapable to work individually and as team member as wellCustomer satisfaction orientedPositive way of thinkingPrecise and organized way of working
