You’ll be based in the Budapest office working with clients and the global Orchestro team.

Orchestro, is McKinsey’s proprietary SaaS platform that accelerates agility, simplifies planning, and enhances enterprise-wide transparency for clients. Orchestro already has 5,000+ users across 3 continents and has some impactful success cases. Orchestro typically creates value for clients by bringing efficiency, automation, and transparency into the QBR process saving clients up to 50% QBR preparation time; improving client’s OKR attainment (~20-30% improvement), and enhancing adoption of agile ways of working.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the Orchestro solution. In this role, you will operate as the lead point of contact for best practices in deployment and adoption of Orchestro with a particular focus on the early deployment, training and adoption phases of the solution.

You'll partner with the Orchestro team and McKinsey’s consulting service teams to deploy Orchestro, deliver ongoing adoption activities and provide ad-hoc advisory services.

You will be responsible for advising clients and consulting service teams on key configuration choices for the Orchestro solution deployment.

You'll manage and lead internal teams and clients to ensure fit-for-purpose and high-quality configuration, and you'll support the development and delivery of training to foster client adoption of Orchestro.

You'll have the opportunity to develop a trusted adviser relationship with internal and external stakeholders and will be responsible for the initial and ongoing commercial management of the client account which may require you to respond to proposal requests.

You'll develop and deliver in-person or remote post-sales activities such as demonstrations, workshops, forums, events, etc.

You'll maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings, and you'll contribute ideas for new product and service development, marketing and communication initiatives and operational improvement.

  • Undergraduate degree with an excellent academic record; graduate degree or MBA is a plus
  • 4+ years of experience in a Client / Customer Success role or similar; consulting experience is highly desirable
  • Understanding and / or experience in managing large-scale change-management or transformation programs in an international context
  • Special interest in program and change management and agile (QBR cycles, OKR management) is highly desirable
  • Ability to be stand-alone in senior client settings
  • Good relationship management skills; ability to manage contacts throughout internal and client organizations
  • Strong problem solving skills; ability to multi-task whilst keeping attention to detail
  • High energy team player; ability to rally support from multiple resources
  • Clear oral and written communication skills to present and discuss complex value propositions to client senior executives
  • Fluency in English
