Draxon GmbH (founded in November 2024) is looking for a Unity VR Developer to help shape the future of corporate VR training. You will develop scalable VR training modules, integrate AI and set standards.
Tasks
- Develop innovative VR training modules in Unity (C#), optimized for standalone headsets like Meta Quest or Pico.
- Develop immersive training scenarios in various environments in which dynamic tasks from real-life situations have to be solved
- Iteratively develop user-friendly interactions for VR.
- Optimize the performance of VR training applications, especially in terms of loading times, frame rate and memory consumption
- Ensure high code quality through continuous testing and debugging, as well as compliance with agreed code conventions
- Apply innovative AI technologies where possible to revolutionize AI assistants, test bots, dynamic scenarios and adaptive difficulty levels
- Interact closely with the team (3D generalists, game designers, senior Unity VR developers) and contribute with your expertise to a smooth development process.
