The FBS Hungary Process Re-Engineer, also known as a Business Process Engineer, works in partnership with Skill Teams and Business Unity to drive global process standardization, optimization, efficiency and improved experience through workflow simplification, utilization of design thinking and intelligent automation.

Selection Criteria :

Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (GB)
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools (SIPOC, Value Stream / Process Mapping, VA / NVA, 8 Wastes,
Data Analysis Skills
MS Office proficiency
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English with the ability to operate in a global context
Experience implementing analytics-based process improvements

Qualifications Required :

Strong Ford OS behaviors : Excellence, Focus and Collaboration

Self-motivated with a “can do” positive attitude

Passion for problem-solving

Able to manage multiple priorities; strong time management skills

Skilled in process mapping / journey mapping

Results driven and detail-oriented

Comfortable adjusting objectives to support evolving enterprise priorities
