Unix / Linux Systems Engineer (f / m / div)

Be part of our newly established IT Department at Infineon Technologies' Budapest office, a key hub for our global competence center in IT infrastructure, integration, and security. As a Unix / Linux System Engineer, you will contribute to the development of our global infrastructure, working with cutting-edge technologies and collaborating with international teams.We are seeking an experienced System Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and operating our complex Unix / Linux infrastructure, including high availability solutions, automation, and continuous improvement of technical processes.

In your new role you will :

• Install, configure and operate our complex Linux / Unix Infrastructure within our worldwide distributed data centers including high availability solutions
• Automate and continuously improve of all technical processes
• Availability and performance monitoring including creation and customization of dashboards and alerts
• Troubleshooting and problem solving as part of 2nd and 3rd level support in cooperation with our internal customer as well as IT security support for the implementation of hardening / protection of the server systems and the running services on them
• Technology consulting for our customers, as wel
