As Digital Expert for Portfolio Management you will be a member of the Business Digital Office (GS / BDO) team in Brazil and you will work in the following tasks :
You act as controlling interface for GS / TE globally by consulting the regions in controlling related processes and support the further implementation of the GS / TE business model.
You will take over the responsibility for GS / BDO project cost reporting.
Within GS / BDO you act as commercial expert supporting the global IT projects like UX, ESM and GDPR with continues project cost planning, contracting, tracking and in the PO process.
You contribute to process optimization and automation by utilizing state of the art tools (e.g. PowerBI, PowerApps) to continuously improve our day to day work.
You will contribute in the roll-out of the GS IT Portfolio Management by conducting trainings, supporting project leaders in maintaining IT Portfolio related data (FactSheet), validation of new projects and preparation of management reporting.
You contribute to the development of IT Portfolio Management tool as process expert by translation the business requirements into the tool solution.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable course of study
Personality and Working Practice : team-oriented, collaborative, service minded, effective interpersonal, beside your commercial skills you have very strong communication skill written and oral over all hierarchy levels, analytical, problem-solving abilities and relationship-building skills and able to present ideas in user-friendly language, capable of understanding the organization's goals and objectives
Experience and Knowledge : several year experience in controlling (ideally familiar with GS controlling tools and processes), experienced with the development and introduction of new reporting dashboards and ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions. Familiar with the use of MS Excel and Power BI. Knowledge of MS PowerPoint is an advantage.
Languages : fluent in English language (German is a nice to have)
