Manage the business processes and transactions which surround the daily operations of one of the largest banking Technology and Operations organizations.
Be responsible for contingent resource management transactions, working with senior business management stakeholders, enterprise partners (Sourcing, Security, HR, etc.), and various business processes including vendor management, resource onboarding & associated life-cycle management activities (renewals, ongoing changes, advisory, etc.).
Effectively coordinate with management to ensure transactions are in line with policies & processes.
Liaise with the Business Management organization to assist with ad hoc queries, reporting, and communication.
Ensure data integrity is maintained in different systems of record by addressing data exceptions.
Use confidently the daily automated reports, support the report maintenance and development with new automation ideas and scripts.
Be an integral part of the team, helping to respond efficiently and effectively to client requirements.
You will be covering approximately 2000 consultants via dozens of suppliers (external workforce) and your daily job will be to actively manage this population, provide controlling and advisory services to the business on how to effectively achieve their workforce strategy goals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related discipline.
3+ years of experience in multinational or large corporate environment.
F luent in English .
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis packages such as VBA and / or Power BI, Power Query.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills : ability to clearly and concisely communicate with internal and external partners cross-divisionally.
Superior relationship management skill to build and maintain solid engagement with key internal and external stakeholders.
Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability work without supervision with attention to details.
Flexibility towards changes / Healthy disrespects towards status quo / ability to identify and execute process improvement opportunities.
Good problem-solving skills & ability to translate processes to real life actions.
You might also have : (nice to have skills)
Experience as a Business Analyst, Workforce manager, Business manager, project management, procurement.
Basic or intermediate proficiency of any query language.
