The Assessment Project Manager (Business Analyst) will have significant exposure to Leadership Advisory Projects across industries and functions, particularly on Executive Assessments. Key responsibilities will include Execution, Business Development Support and Knowledge Management Activities, with the majority of time being spent on execution and management of the projects. The Assessment Project Manager will have oversight of the day-to-day logistics and execution to ensure consistent quality.

The Assessment Project Manager will :

  • Leverage individual and firm knowledge and experience to act as a thought partner in the start-up phase of the project
  • Need to understand and be able to explain the overall Assessment process, tools and methodologies
  • Define the scope of project, creating a high-level project plan, and ensure that targets are being met
  • Support the Lead Consultant in developing the client-specific deliverables
  • Oversee data collection, document production and day-to-day process management
  • Manage the assignment team throughout the project to drive strategy and supporting client materials

Requirements

The successful candidate will have previous experience of managing large client-facing projects and managing a full workload.

The successful candidate will be :

  • resilient and able to deal with a demanding workload and client needs
  • focused on delivery, and quality and have a high attention to detail
  • excellent communication skills (both written and oral) comfortable both producing client-ready documentation and engaging with senior-level candidates and clients
  • excellent IT and presentation skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • ability to work under pressure and juggle simultaneous projects – be organized, resourceful and deadline-driven with a proven ability to prioritize.
  • proactive, naturally curious, and a flexible, helpful and willing manner
  • aptitude to learn and use the Firm’s internal database as a project management tool and archive system
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills and is capable of building relationships both internally and externally, with clients and candidates
  • experience in a corporate environment, Professional Services an advantage
  • possesses preferably Bilingual / Native level of English language skills
