Your role at delaware

As a Senior Recruiter , you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, specializing in SAP and IT roles. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, leverage innovative sourcing strategies, and provide a seamless candidate experience. Key responsibilities include :

• Managing end-to-end recruitment using SuccessFactors and maintaining accurate reports.
