Responsibilities : JOB FUNCTION
- Provide end-to-end functional guidance to the O2C team by ensuring customer satisfaction, quality, risk and cost effectiveness are under control.
- Lead, motivate and develop dedicated country teams to achieve O2C targets / KPIs.
- Acts as escalation point for internal & external customers.
- Contributes actively in process improvements / projects to optimize performance.
- EMEA level owner of Order to Delivery (O2D) / Invoice to Cash (I2C)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational effectiveness :
Troubleshoots, follow-up and resolves escalations, to secure internal and external satisfaction.Develops and implements procedures to ensure smooth operations.Monitors and analyzes O2C reports / dashboards / KPIs, team and individual performance to secure accuracy and efficiency.Collaborate and work with other functions in order to understand potential issues and proactive fixes. (especially Sales, Supply Chain teams, Finance, Credit Managers, MPS and Services teams)Performance Management :
Manages and oversees daily operations to meet performance and quality expectations for the reporting employees (O2C Representatives and SMEs - as applicable).Accountable to deliver O2C targets, KPIs and other performance related metrics. Drives corrective actions to keep performance levels high.Set Customer Focused Objectives (CFO) and daily operational guidance to the team.Keeps regular team meetings and 1x1 discussions.Organization leadership :
Ensures that processes needed for the management system are established, implemented and maintained in compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations& adhering to Lexmark Policies.Assess risk when business decisions are made : demonstrate consideration of all the impacted Lexmark teams, processes, customers and assets.Create ad-hoc and regular reports / analyses on O2C activities to stakeholders.Represent & translates Lexmark strategies and initiatives defined at corporate level.Identify and balance workload, headcount need for the team.Execute people management tasks : coaching, career developments, trainings, feedbacks, performance reviews, employee rewards and merit reviews.Translates the WW process strategies into the EMEA processes and O2C Budapest level.Continuous Improvement :
Actively participate in O2C meetings, represents O2C team and knowledge on cross-functional meetings / workshops.Plays key role in business transformation of EMEA level O2D / I2C processes, activities.Supports and works closely with WW O2C Global Process Leads, Process Analysts, SMEs and EMEA managers in continuous improvement initiativesManages and standardizes all EMEA level process initiatives and provides operational guidance to all EMEA teams in order to deliver business targets.Defines, monitors and controls the adoption and continuous improvement of global business processes within the operational area. (KPIs, metrics, new flows)Communication :
Ensures process changes and new processes are well communicated and integrated to operational level for the respective EMEA teams.Facilitates internal, customer and stakeholder communication on a timely mannerProvides meaningful reporting to senior managementResponsible for hiring activities : participate in job interviews, select candidates and evaluates new hires integration within the team.This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's / University degreeExcellent written and spoken English languageAnother European language knowledge required (preferably German)Minimum 5 years of operational experience in relevant area plus 2 years of people management experienceStrong MS Office knowledgeExperience with SAP / Power BI / Business Objects or Project Management would be a plus.Cross Functional Expertise : should have ability to work across teams and functions.SKILLS
