Your Main Mission :

Lead and coordinate all field trial activities across Hungary, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance (BPE / BPL), and market development while driving team performance both on-site and remotely.

Your Technical Missions :

Implement and supervise field trials in strict adherence to BPE & BPL standards

Maintain certifications and permits; liaise with authorities and manage audit processes

Serve as national technical expert for BPE / BPL / Seeds; develop local trial protocols

Oversee BPL studies as Principal Investigator or Study Director

Manage budgets, perform basic financial analysis, and report on study performance

Your Profile :

Advanced degree in Agriculture or Agronomy

10 years’ hands-on experience in agricultural field experimentation

Proven team leadership experience—onsite and remote

Deep knowledge of BPE & BPL frameworks; seed trial expertise a plus

Strong network and market insight in Hungarian ag research

Fluent English; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Basic financial acumen (budget planning & cost controle

Ideally based in or near Szeged, Hungary
