Key Responsibilities :
Handles administrative tasks, screen filter internal and external telephone calls and correspondence, handles incoming and outgoing mailsAdminister Corning Hungary ordering process (such as office supplies), retain file approved requisitions and be main point of contact for suppliersCoordinates and contacts with the maintenance, landlord in relation with problems experienced in the office areas, requests for repairs and follow upKeeps the conference room and kitchen area tidy, maintains office and kitchen suppliesWelcomes visitors, informing staff of their arrivalPerforms a variety of routine clerical tasks in addition to reception dutiesActs as an information source on organization policies and proceduresMaintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badgesDeputies for admin support to managing directorAssists in preparing meetings with employees and external visitors and welcome external visitors of the management boardManaging the order of support materials for meetings, conferences, special functions, etc. including the scheduling of rooms and assisting with any required logistics, etc.Helping in new joiner onboarding administration (badge photos, badge request)Organizes official photo shoots for new joinersOrganizes job interviews (consultation with the interviewees and the candidate (and sometimes lease companies), sending appointment request and confirmation e-mail)Provides other ad-hoc administration and HR tasksSkills and Ability :
