Senior C# Backend Engineer

The Position

At  OPSWAT , we’re on a mission to protect the world’s most critical infrastructure. As a U.S.-based cybersecurity leader, we’re expanding our R&D footprint in Hungary — and we’re looking for a Senior C# Backend Engineer to join our team working on one of our most strategic solutions : MetaDefender Secure Managed File Transfer (MFT).

MetaDefender Secure MFT empowers enterprises to securely transfer sensitive files across systems, networks, and borders. Trusted by governments and global organizations, we are at the heart of secure data movement — and we’re expanding its future in  Veszprém .

You’ll take part in designing and building the backend services that power our secure file transfer platform, working closely with engineers, security experts, and researchers.

What You Will be Doing

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of theActivity Reportfeature, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and visualization of user and system activities across the platform
• Improve further one of our fastest-growing solution, the Secure Managed File Transfer by implementing new business requirements
• Participate in the design and architecture of emerging products, ensuring a future-proof and scalable backend system
• Design, implement, and maintain automation workflows to streamline deployment and operational efficiency
• Create and solidify CI / CD pipelines and engineering workflows to enable fast and reliable software delivery
• Define static and dynamic code analysis requirements to maintain high-quality and secure codebases
• Participation in the design and architecture of emerging products
• Review design specs / coding
