EU Training Internal Trainer Europe- Passenger Cars

The Role

The EU Training Coordinator will play an enabling role to ensure that our European customer facing teams are fully skilled and equipped to deliver consistently outstanding and meaningful customer experiences.

He / She will act as the primary contact for our Market Partners regarding the planning and scheduling of their training needs and requirements. He / She will plan, organize and track all sales and product training that will ensure that our digital, retail and dealer-based sales teams have the necessary knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviors they will need to deliver excellence at every stage of the BYD Customer Journey for Passenger Cars : from initial lead enquiry through to vehicle delivery and ownership.

The EU Training Coordinator reports directly to the Assistant Department Manager and will work as part of the EU L&D team.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities

• First contact point of his / her referenced markets, meeting organization, requested training actions, update of the Dealer Network and roles, specific market Training actions and materials.
• Plan, organize, and schedule EU sales and product training programs with EU dealer partners, with close cooperation with Markets Sales Excellence Team
• Inform attendants (internals and Network) about training options available and completed
• Apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness
• Track and report on training completion and outcomes
• Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology
• Organize logistics for training sessions and events including venues and equipment.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers as required
• Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
• Collaborate with Aftersales team for a consistent Customer Service approach
