For their Hungarian operation, they are seeking a Commercial Manager to elevate the company’s commercial activities to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Strategic planning : Develop and implement the company’s business strategy for sales and fleet growth, aiming to achieve adequate profitability (ROA) on long-term leases. Regularly review and update the strategy in light of market trends and competitor activity.
- Continuously review pricing policies to ensure alignment with current trends and support growth objectives.
- Coordinate effective collaboration across different sales areas. Oversee the continuous monitoring and updating of policies, approval levels, and incentive systems.
- Business Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and customers. Foster effective business partnerships to advance company interests. Improve customer retention by ensuring a high renewal rate of expiring contracts. Monitor and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Track financial performance and take corrective action when necessary.
- Performance evaluation and improvement : Regularly assess business results and recommend improvements.
- Effective use of CRM and ERP systems : Ensure optimal use of CRM and ERP systems to support sales operations. Continuously monitor and evaluate new features, enhancements, and process improvements.
Profile Requirements
