CRM & Content Specialist - Aviation Industry

We are looking for a CRM & Content Specialist who assures that a huge amount of content for our client is personalized enough for people to actually read it, not just scroll it through. Requirements

Your tasks will be :

• Coordinating day-to-day content translations for the website and the mobile application of the client
• Create and implement personalized digital experiences for customers, which deliver greater satisfaction (like emails people love to read, or push notifications which make your thumb itch).
• Managing change requests related to content
• Create and coordinate the sending of push notifications. It’s like sending DMs to a million friends!
• Support the creation of localised versions of email templates in HTML based on instructions and upload them to the newsletter distribution software (don’t worry if your Armenian is a bit rusty, we have translators)
• Test email templates and schedule mass mailings to make sure that everything works smoothly
• Administration of marketing automation software : creating segments, reports of previous activities, etc.
• Monitor and track email and push notification campaigns. It’s like checking whether your million friends actually read your DMs and emails.
