About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Marketing Specialist to join our European Product Department. This role involves developing and executing product marketing strategies for BYD’s new energy vehicles, conducting market analysis , refining target audience messaging , and leading go-to-market initiatives . You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet customer expectations and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Research & Analysis : Conduct in-depth market research to understand the competitive landscape, pricing dynamics, and incentive policies within the European passenger car market. Identify trends and opportunities to enhance product positioning.
• Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Development : Define and refine target customer segments, mapping out their journey, pain points, and expectations to create compelling messaging.
• Customer Insights & Feedback : Gather and analyze customer feedback through surveys, focus groups, and data analysis. Translate insights into structured product recommendations for the research team.
• Product Messaging & Positioning : Work closely with the product research team to translate technical features into customer-oriented messaging that highlights key benefits and differentiators.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with product management, marketing, PR, sales, and network development teams to ensure a unified and effective product marketing strategy.
• Go-To-Market Strategy : Develop and execute product launch campaigns , ensuring effective communication of product value and benefits across multiple channels.
• Industry & Regulatory Trends : Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to make data-driven marketing decisions.
