HR Business Partner

Nilfisk Production Kft. is looking for a HR Business Partner to join our team in Nagykanizsa.

We provide housing allowance if you're moving from another part of Hungary .

In this pivotal role, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, bringing strategic HR insight and a fresh perspective to a growing organization. You’ll be instrumental in aligning HR practices with business goals, supporting leadership development, and fostering a high-performance culture. Additionally, you will coordinate and manage a small HR team providing guidance, motivation, and day-to-day support to ensure effective people operations.

What You’ll Do

• Coach, mentor and support leaders within our Hungarian production site, e.g. in hiring decisions, remuneration decisions, people development and Management team development
• Provide sounding board for stance taking and process thinking
• Drive HR initiatives aligned with business needs and global standards
• Establish and execute plans for strategic HR activities and projects aligned with the needs of the local business and the Management team, according to the available budget and resources set by the Site Manager
• Execute on talent management initiatives driven globally including but not limited to : employee engagement survey, performance management, succession planning, talent development and performance improvement
• Champion cultural change and foster an inclusive, development-focused environment
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and ethical standards
• Lead, support, and motivate a small HR team consisting of an HR Generalist and an HR Trainee, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Partner across all areas of HR to deliver global and local initiatives enhancing business performance
• Oversee internal communications and employee consultation forums
• Support employer branding and recruitment efforts in partnership with Talent Acquisition
