Job descriptionNative / fluent in Polish both verbal and written. Good command in English (minimum B2 level) High school diploma or an equivalent Prior experience in customer service is preferred, or a strong aptitude for working in a customer-facing environment Good organizational and time-management skills Confident typing skills with a minimum speed of 20 words per minute Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure or in challenging situations Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and confident in making decisions when necessary Willingness to escalate complex queries appropriately and collaborate with the wider team. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, efficient, and professional manner within agreed response times
- Maintain strong technical knowledge of client's products and services to offer accurate support
- Consult product manuals and internal resources to provide appropriate solutions to customer queries
- Identify situations that require escalation and transfer them to the relevant department or senior staff member
- Accurately log all customer interactions in line with company procedures
- Manage and update all relevant administrative tasks and records
- Handle customer correspondence as required, ensuring all communication is clear and well-documented
- Organize daily workflow and data input to ensure information accuracy and completeness
- Participate in ongoing performance monitoring and reviews based on call quality and customer interactions.
