ESC Program Manager R231503
As an ESC Program Manager at Arrow Electronics, you will play a key role in driving solution selling initiatives and increasing Arrow’s design win performance across EMEA. This position sits at the intersection of technical expertise, project coordination, and strategic supplier engagement. You will support customers during the design phase of their projects by promoting the right electronic component solutions and ensuring Arrow content is maximized in each design.
What You Will Be Doing at Arrow?
- Collaborating closely with Field Application Engineers (FAEs), sales teams, and strategic suppliers to identify and qualify high-potential customer design projects
- Proposing technical solutions that meet customer requirements in terms of performance, cost, and availability
- Supporting the design-in and design-win process to secure Arrow component content within customer projects
- Tracking and managing a pipeline of opportunities to ensure progress and conversion to design wins
- Engaging with Arrow’s supplier partners to stay up to date on focus technologies and ensure strong technical competence
- Reporting on key performance metrics such as DREGs, design win revenue, parts-per-project, and margin impact
- Acting as a central coordinator between engineering, sales, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of projects
What Are We Looking For?
Solid technical background in electronics, with broad knowledge of semiconductors : analog, MCU, power, wireless, and sensor componentsExperience working with electronic components in a customer-facing role – e.g. technical sales, solution engineering, application support, or project managementStrong communication and collaboration skills – able to interact effectively with both engineers and business stakeholdersCustomer-focused and result-driven approach, with the ability to work independently and proactivelyAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to closureProficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essentialPrevious experience in a distributor, semiconductor company, or design-focused customer environment is highly desirableWhat we offer :
