About this role
The CP & PCN Administrator is a global role and part our of our Customer Supply Chain (CSC) team, located in Budapest, Hungary. You will be responsible for administering and reporting on Customer Programs, and also supporting the introductions of new Sales Item (12NC) version for customers within assigned PCN group.
What you will do
Product Change Notification (PCN) support
Create and maintain material determinations, customer material databases and Customer Program (CP) add ons / deletions for old and new product versions while ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions and switch over dates
Transfer Order Book (OB) and Forecasts to new product version based on agreed switch-over date following OB transfer process
Execute with excellence in the area of OB and Forecast transfer in order to ensure smooth and continuous supply to customer
Coordinate pre-check reviews with PPF during the planning stage and provide timely updates on the runbook status during execution, including reminders about the last STO release
Conduct post-execution aftercare, including supply and stock monitoring, solving workflows, deletion of old product versions etc.
Inform respective Customer Supply Representative (CSR) about new OB and the first shipments of the new versions
Develop and maintain a professional relationship with Planners, Demand Managers, Allocation Managers and CSRs to ensure seamless execution throughout the transition period
Participate in automation, standardization, documentation and deployment of changeover processes
Customer Program Support
Support creation of CP specific reports, documents and presentations
Help to review and improve CP portfolio, following up on outliers and inconsistencies to optimize performance
Facilitate, check and create Warehouse Audit related documents
Additional duties as assigned by CP & PCN Manager
What you will need
Fluent in English and good communication abilities,
fluency in a second language such as Mandarin Chinese or German is an advantage
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Bachelors or College Degree
Strong proficiency in MS Office and SAP (or other ERP system), advanced knowledge of Excel
