HR Operations Analyst

As an HR Operations Analyst, your tasks will : Provide comprehensive recruitment support to a recruiter team. Prepare employment contracts for hires across the EMEA region. Assist with onboarding processes and facilitate internal employee transfers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (Workday) and associated tracking tools, with a strong understanding of recruitment workflows. Serve as the primary point of contact for hires, ensuring all necessary activities are completed in a timely manner. What you will need to succeed : Bachelor's degree; prior experience in Human Resources is preferred. Excellent communication skills in English. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong attention to detail. Highly motivated with an energetic personality and a quick-learning mindset. Exceptional client relationship management skills, with the ability to quickly establish strong, effective, and trusted partnerships.
