For an international Food Ingredients Distributor working in Europe, Africa, West Asia we are looking for the

Food Technologist for Savoury and Culinary Applications

experience in meat would be an asset.

Applications include soups, sauces, dressings, emulsified sauces ready meals,

savory dishes, snacks, sausages, hams, injected meats, fish products, spreads,

and plant-based alternatives.

The Application Technologist serves as our expert in both the theoretical and practical aspects of a specific application area.

• This role plays a pivotal part in identifying market trends and translating them into recipes, concepts, and campaigns.
• The Application Technologist develops expertise in new ingredients, explores their synergies with other components, and creates application-focused knowledge.
• Additionally, the Technologist design and deliver application training programs and client seminars.
• The Application Technologist act as the primary point of contact for our Technical Sales Managers (TSMs) requiring application support to advance key projects.
