Bakery & Confectionery Application Technologist m / f / d

Applications include chocolate, coatings, compounds, baked goods (including

savoury snacks), bakery enzymes, confectionery (e.g., gummies, dragees,

candies), fine bakery glazes, fillings, bars)

• The Application Technologist serves as our expert in both the theoretical and practical aspects of a specific application area.
• This role plays a pivotal part in identifying market trends and translating them into recipes, concepts, and campaigns.
• The Application Technologist develops expertise in new ingredients, explores their synergies with other components, and creates application-focused knowledge.
• Additionally, the Technologist design and deliver application training programs and client seminars.
• The Application Technologist act as the primary point of contact for our Technical Sales Managers (TSMs) requiring application support to advance key projects.
