Within our Information Technology division, we are looking for a computer scientist, IT specialist, business IT specialist as Lead DevOps Engineer (m / f / d) for the Cologne location with immediate effect.

Tasks

• You are primarily responsible for establishing the DevOps cycle in order to deliver our IT infrastructure products in a more customer-focused way.
• You develop and implement coordinated formats to establish and continuously develop the DevOps Cycle among employees (m / f / d).
• You identify and agree success criteria, metrics and KPIs to anchor the DevOps Cycle.
• You take a holistic view of the application landscape to support the development of end-to-end monitoring (observability approach)
• You consolidate different technologies / products to create a uniform standard
• Integrate security practices into the DevOps process and ensure compliance
• You empower the team to improve our developer journey and foster collaboration between development and operations teams
• You further develop the collaboration models between operations and development teams and derive measures to improve the process organization
• You initiate relevant training courses that are important as part of the continuous development of the DevOps philosophy.

Profile

This position is remunerated at pay group 12 in accordance with the collective agreement for utility companies (TV-V). This corresponds to a gross annual salary of around 66,000-92,000 euros for a full-time position (depending on professional experience and qualifications).
