Lead Software Engineer (m / f / d)

Your tasks

Development of modern C# / .NET solutions for our eCommerce platforms based on clearly defined business requirements
Creation of functional and technical concepts in close cooperation with product owners, UX and business departments
Further development of existing systems, processes and interfaces to optimize the digital customer journey
Definition and implementation of system architectures, technical requirements and best practices
Ensuring code quality through code reviews, compliance with coding guidelines and carrying out automated tests (unit, integration and UAT tests)
Documentation of software architectures, processes and development decisions
Technical coaching and support for fellow developers in the team

Your profile

Degree in computer science or comparable qualification

At least 5 years of experience in C# / .NET development, ideally in the web and eCommerce environment

Comprehensive knowledge of web development, microservices architectures, web service technologies (REST, SOAP) and client / server applications

Experience with technical implementation, e.g. as a team coordinator, with a sure instinct for technical decisions and successful management of our development teams

Fluency in German and English, both in the team and in communication with stakeholders
