Product owner

Managing and prioritizing the agile team backlog in collaboration with the customer and other product owners for the new terminal software product Acting as a customer / project owner with the goal of having one product owner responsible for one customer / project Besides the project, you will also be responsible for add-on sales / change requests during the maintenance phase Bundles requirements in backlog by creating / maintaining the epics / stories. If required, manage business analysts / spec writer to create epics / stories and other specifications as required by the customer Align user stories with customers to ensure their expectations are met while fitting the product scope; if required develop alternative technical options Manage user story dependencies with interfacing internal / external teams such as the backend system, terminal support systems and infrastructure teams Reviewing / prioritizing the backlog to ensure that end-to-end features can be implemented “in time” Refining the backlog with the goal that they meet the criteria of “Definition of ready” Plan and manage deliveries (including pre-deliveries / demos) to the customer to collect early feedback and share with the team Support presales / sales teams on identified gaps / change request estimates Manage and conduct estimate reviews (new opportunities / new epics) Elvárások / Requirements You have BSC degree preferable in technical area You have min. 4-5 years of experience in software development including at least 2 years of experience as Product Owner You have ability to understand new business processes and lottery domain expertise You have the following strengths : excellent communication skills, personal initiative, high level of quality awareness, accuracy and team spirit You would like to use your excellent English and German on a daily basis Amit nyújtunk / Benefits Competitive compensation package (e.g. 13. and 14. months salaries) Cafeteria and Health insurance Mentoring Program, Trainings Flexible work schedule Downtown office, in the heart of Budapest, at the foot of Buda castle (easily accessible by public transport) Indoor bike and motorcycle storage Recreation room : table soccer, office (chair) massage and sauna Team buildings Excellent working atmosphere Open company culture Economically stable and growing enterprise Non-conventional domain : lottery and sports games
