To make the best out of your work, we need you to :
- Lead and execute product platform development projects
- Develop new product designs and modify existing products to meet customer expectations
- Design plastic and metal parts for power modules in solar, EV and EV charger applications
- Ensure the product is in line with state-of-the-art manufacturing processes
- Ensure products meet industry standards and customer requirements
- Prepare product CAD documentation, technical drawings and test plan for product validation
- Conduct risk assessment, testing and failure mode analysis
- Cooperate with process engineering to ensure excellent manufacturability of the product
- Qualify new platforms, components and applications for wide range of products
- Assure thermal and mechanical compatibility of components
- Run FEM simulations of products’ mechanical / thermal behavior
You are a good fit, if you have :
At least 3 years’ experience in mechanical or process engineering, including injection molding and stamped metal components, SolidWorks / SoildEdge design and FEM (ANSYS) modeling software as well as gluing, soldering, welding, semiconductor & power module technologiesExpertise in semiconductor technology and the physics of semiconductor device failuresAbility to effectively communicate and coordinate tasks with internal team and external subcontractorsAt least one complete development project for a mass-manufactured productGood teamwork in cross-functional teamsWilling to work in an entrepreneurial environmentFluent English speaker, reader and writerDegree in mechatronic / mechanical EngineeringJoin us and suceed in a winning team :
