To make the best out of your work, we need you to :

• Lead and execute product platform development projects
• Develop new product designs and modify existing products to meet customer expectations
• Design plastic and metal parts for power modules in solar, EV and EV charger applications
• Ensure the product is in line with state-of-the-art manufacturing processes
• Ensure products meet industry standards and customer requirements
• Prepare product CAD documentation, technical drawings and test plan for product validation
• Conduct risk assessment, testing and failure mode analysis
• Cooperate with process engineering to ensure excellent manufacturability of the product
• Qualify new platforms, components and applications for wide range of products
• Assure thermal and mechanical compatibility of components
• Run FEM simulations of products’ mechanical / thermal behavior
