Your key responsibilities

As part of the Budapest International Tax Group, you will provide tax expertise to our clients whilst offering a multidisciplinary approach to our clients.

You will advise on international tax implications for multinational companies in relation to mergers and acquisitions, tax structuring (including but not limited to financing and holding activities).

You will work on tax and strategic transaction advice in particular for multinational clients and will provide tax structuring advice (Hungary and cross-border).

You will contribute to the pre and post completion tax planning, international tax due diligence and the review of all relevant corporate documentation from a (Hungarian and international) tax perspective.

You will manage and develop relationships with companies highlighting tax planning opportunities and will analyze potential acquisitions and make recommendations accordingly.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with specialization in Law, Finance, Economics or equivalent

Fluency in English, additional language knowledge is a plus

2-4 years of relevant experience in the field of international corporate taxation
