Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the GL accounting teamAct as subject matter expert in accounting topicsHandle escalations in accounting mattersDeliver complex group-level analysesReview journal entriesReview KDN's income statement and balance sheet; reconcile monthlyEnsure accounting quality, compliance with KDN Finance Policies, and reporting accuracyReview intercompany reconciliations (monthly / quarterly)Support preparation of annual financial statementsReview junior and senior team members' workTranslate complex issues into actionable tasksDelegate team-related tasks and issuesCollaborate with service providers on finance system improvementsReview working papers and audit-related documentationSupport statutory and internal audits for KDN entitiesAssist in financial reporting setup for new entities (incl. reconciliations and closings)Ensure consistent, high-quality financial reportingCoordinate period-end closings with other teamsHandle ad hoc and special finance projectsDrive continuous improvement and process optimization in KDN FinanceRequirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, AccountingCPA or other comparable accounting qualification7+ years of progressive experience in RTR field (GL, controlling, audit, FP&A)At least 2 years of team coordination experience including evaluation of team membersKnowledge in IFRSFluency in English (speaking and writing)Ability to work in fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesStrong collaboration and communication skillsElements should be in line with company guidelines and policies.
