YOUR MISSION
- Identify and approach potential candidates across Eastern Europe , the Middle East , and Africa for various engineering, technology, and IT roles
- Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for Identer's projects
- Work closely with the recruitment teams to align candidate profiles with project requirements
- Stay updated on talent trends and market conditions in the specified regions to inform recruitment strategies
