We are looking for a Customer Order Administrator to join one of the leading electronics manufacturing companies in Budapest's 11th district as part of a newly established unit! Process customer and supplier orders and manage bids in internal systems Coordinate technical clarifications with customers and factories Respond to pricing, availability, and technical inquiries in a timely manner Handle invoicing and monitor open items Maintain and update customer and supplier master data Ensure accurate documentation for audit purposes Manage pricing through internal approval workflows Set up customer and supplier data, including credit limit control Provide urgent support for machine breakdowns (direct order handling) Assist with goods-in / goods-out processes and logistics coordination Elvárások / Requirements Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience is an advantage Strong command of English Solid understanding of how actions affect customer satisfaction Ability to stay organized and manage tasks in a complex environment Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (especially Excel) Amit nyújtunk / Benefits Competitive base salary.
