As a Production Associate at the BMW Group Plant Debrecen, you will play a key role in revolutionizing the way we think about automotive manufacturing.

What’s in store for you?

• Continuous training : You will learn the processes of 10-18 workstations, gain hands-on experience with new machines and equipment, and perform minor cleaning and adjustment tasks.
• Machine and equipment preparation : You will inspect machines and equipment at your workstation before shifts, ensuring that all necessary tools and materials are ready.
• Production process monitoring : You will oversee the operation of assigned machines and equipment, report any irregularities immediately, and initiate corrective actions.
• Assembly tasks : You will carry out assembly tasks as specified in work instructions.
• Quality control : You will inspect assembled components, identify defects, and report them immediately, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
• Safety compliance : You will always wear the required protective gear (safety glasses, gloves) and promptly report any safety risks.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving : You will actively participate in identifying and resolving production issues and support the maintenance team in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
