As a Direct Supply Marketing Lead, you will lead the development and execution of regional brand and go-to-market strategies aimed at acquiring and engaging hoteliers on a global scale. Your key objective will be to drive awareness and adoption of ETG’s Extranet platform , helping hotel partners seamlessly register, list their properties, and start receiving bookings from our growing network.

You will collaborate closely with product, sales, and creative teams to craft compelling narratives, campaigns, and educational content that address the unique needs of hoteliers in various regions.
Job responsibilities
- Develop and execute global go-to-market strategies for hotelier audiences, defining clear messaging, positioning, and value propositions for ETG’s Extranet platform.
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, UX, and customer success teams to ensure marketing strategies align with the product roadmap and drive adoption.
- Work closely with the Commercial team to build, optimize, and accelerate sales funnels through marketing-driven initiatives, while contributing to sales enablement with clear communication materials, playbooks, and product narratives that strengthen commercial impact.
- Lead marketing campaigns for new feature launches, engagement programs, and seasonal initiatives.
- Create educational and awareness content — from onboarding journeys to retention programs — enhancing the hotelier experience.
- Define and track performance metrics across awareness, activation, and engagement stages.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize effectiveness and scalability.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in brand or B2B marketing, preferably in the hospitality tech , travel, or SaaS space.Proven success in managing international campaigns with cross-market adaptability.Solid understanding of hotel distribution , property onboarding journeys, and hotelier communication best practices.Proficiency in market research techniques and data-driven decision making (SQL is a plus).Strong project management and multitasking skills; ability to operate independently and with flexibility.Exceptional communication skills — capable of crafting clear, engaging, and persuasive messaging for diverse audiences.Fluent English required; additional languages a strong asset.Benefits
