Requirements Who we are looking for We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer with strong leadership capabilities to guide and mentor our development team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in web application development using .NET / .NET Core, along with experience in leading teams and managing both development and support for full-stack applications deployed into cloud. This role requires a deep understanding of Kubernetes and cloud development, as well as proficiency in SQL and .NET technologies. Strong attention to detail, a passion for high-quality coding, and a commitment to continuous learning are essential. Proficiency in English is mandatory. Qualifications :

• Higher education in IT or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience working with .NET technologies.
• Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring a team of developers.
• Demonstrated ability to independently design application architecture.
• Excellent proficiency in English.
• Solid experience with Kubernetes and cloud development.
• Expertise in designing systems optimized for cloud platforms (Azure), including understanding serverless architectures, container orchestration (Kubernetes), cloud storage, and cloud-native databases.
• Knowledge of DevOps principles and how they apply to software architecture, ensuring smooth collaboration between development and operations teams.
• Proficient in C# (.NET Core and older versions), MS SQL, ASP.NET / .NET Core, Git, and related technologies.
